JT Mac Consulting was founded by Joe McEwan in 2004. It is a management consultancy specialising in Business Strategy and Planning, Financial Planning, Coaching and Mentoring, Driving Performance, Problem Solving and Turnaround. The company also has access to a number of associates with a wide range of disciplines.
Joe has a wide business experience, having served 30 years with Barclays Bank in the UK and Overseas. From 2000 to 2003 he headed a team responsible for the Bank’s UK and Europe Large Business Credit Portfolio across all business sectors. During this time, he undertook a number of change projects to rationalise and consolidate the various credit departments and put in place performance management regimes to drive performance across the teams.

Since forming his business, Joe has been engaged by a number of clients for specific projects in areas such as Business Planning, Driving Performance, Leadership training and raising finance. He has also been retained by a number of clients on an ongoing business mentoring and problem solving basis.
